My language course at Bournemouth

I am living in Bournemouth now a small city not so far from London. I am studying in a very good language school, There are valid English teachers and lots of foreign students. They come from many countries : Turkey, France, Switwerland, Brazil, Korea…so I must improve my english all day long ! This is nice for me, because I need to learn English very well in my future job. My english is quite good now : I dont make a lot of mistakes and my last exam was good !

I have class in the morning. In the afternoon I study , I go to the listening centre and I meet other students at school, I get home at 5 pm.

I am staying with an English family, Mrs Dolman is a house wife and she is very kind. My host-made’name is Joseph, he is Korean and he is 24. I like talking with them about our days in the evening. We sometimes watch TV after dinner. I really enjoyed my new friends and my host-family. I like knowing different cultures and meeting new people, so I am here very fine here ! I just miss my parents and my friends of course, but this expererience is simply great !

A great summer in Italy

I am glad that I could spend my summer in Italy. Family was very good and children too. However, younger girl didn’t hear me sometimes. But I am very satisfied. For me, parents and children were great. Thank you for this opportunity.

Everything went well. I didn’t have any problem, except in Italian at the beginning but my family has also speak English with me. The family was great and we’ve really shared our different cultures. I’d like to be an au pair again !

Our summer au pair was very nice and I was very confident ! I wish it’s the same for her, she was great ! I’d like to have an other au-pair this winter, it would be great to have the same kind of girl !

I’m generally a very patient and laid back person, happy and positive. My personality helped me to adapt to the family’s way of life. I often did not agree with the mother’s style of parenting but that is not for me to comment upon, as she is the mother and I am just a babysitter. The mother was keen for me to speak in English and act as a teacher to her son, rather than as a general babysitter, because she was there most of the time, monitoring her child’s learning and progess. Generally the family are very nice people, but very over protective over their children. I would like to say a thank to you Euroma for finding me the family and giving me such a wonderful opportunity. One of your staff members “M.”, became a very good friend to me in Rome and we had a wonderful time together, she was an asset to your agency. I would very much like to do au pair again. I am now preparing for a university course in teacher training. Once I am a qualified English teacher, perhaps I will return to Rome and work in an international school ! I certainly have plans to travel. Once again : many many thanks !

Being a tutor
